!!! Please read carefully the official rules stated there. !!! 

• [Last update: July 16] "Travelers arriving in Greece are required to have either a negative PCR certificate from a testing laboratory, for a Covid-19 test taken no later than 72 hours before arrival or a negative antigen (rapid) certificate taken no longer than 48 hours before arrival." However, "Proof of a negative test is not required however for all travelers that have completed their vaccination (i.e., 14 days have elapsed since the last vaccination, depending on the doses required) and hold a vaccination certificate." At last, "Proof of a negative PCR test is not required if the traveler was tested positive with COVID-19 in the past 30 to 180 days" but beware of which document should be provided to prove it.

We advise you to monitor the status of the different restrictions for both Greece and your respective countries, since they can evolve rapidly depending on the incidence of cases. There are several (but limited) possibilities to have access to PCR or antigenic tests on the island. Nevertheless, please inform the organisers if you will need to arrange for such a test in order to travel back, so it could be anticipated.

In order to guarantee the safety and well-being of everyone, and to comply with the health measures we have all become familiar with, all participants will be asked to wear FFP2 masks while being in the auditorium, with the exception of the acting speaker. One mask per day per participant will be provided onsite.

At last, in addition to the official requirements for travelling, all participants (even if vaccinated) will be asked to provide a negative PCR or antigenic test just prior to their arrival in Spetses. The decision of this additional requirement has been prompted by the recent uprise of cases, in order to minimise the collective risk at the workshop itself.
